Thrive is built on a foundation of strong, transparent partnerships. In our shared commitment to operational excellence and industry best practices, we are continuously refining our processes to ensure clarity and accountability for all parties.

As you know, our existing agreement structure requires that you, as the dealer, collect the homeowner's prepayment amount on our behalf. This is formalized in the Prepayment Acknowledgement Form you currently provide.

To further enhance and formalize this process, we are taking an additional step in enforcing our existing requirements.

Effective immediately, in addition to the Prepayment Acknowledgement Form, Thrive will now require all dealers to provide tangible evidence that the funds for the exact prepayment amount have been collected from the homeowner.

This is not a change to our core strategy or the legal flow of funds. Rather, this is an additional measure to ensure our records are complete and to formalize the verification that the cash has been collected as acknowledged.

To be clear, this requirement is effective immediately and will be enforced for all projects currently in our existing pipeline and for all new projects moving forward.

We have designed this to be as straightforward as possible and to integrate into our existing project milestones. We are confident that this step will strengthen the integrity of our partnership and our projects.
